Wedding karva chauth Mehndi Design

Bride Mehandi

Mehndi is one of the bride’s best accessories. When worn all the way up to your elbows, with your Marriege ka joda and all your jewellery, it works to enhance your look and lend it a certain grandeur. Don’t shy away from mehndi because you think it’s traditional or boring, there’s nothing like a full hand of mehndi when it comes to making a statement as a bride.

Most Indian weddings are incomplete without a mehndi ceremony. According to the ritual, mehndi is usually applied a day before the wedding and the bride does not step out of the house after this ceremony. A trend that has been going on since ages is the incorporation of the groom’s initial letter/name on the bride’s mehndi design.

I never seem to get tired of looking at mehndi designs! They fascinate me and remind me of a time when I took a summer course on how to apply mehandi. Talented women like Neha, Suhana, Pooja and Shivani have taken the art of mehndi designs to a totally different level. Zuri is privileged to have another talented mehandi designs artist featured in this segment.
